When do I pay?
Only after we've replied with a proposed direction and a firm quote, and you've said yes. The enquiry itself commits you to nothing.
What does the fee not cover?
The trip itself. Our fee covers the research and the plan; flights, stays and experiences you book directly, at public prices, with no markup passing through us.
How long does it take?
We reply within 2–3 days. Once you confirm, the build depends on the tier and the trip; we'll give you an honest timeline in that first reply.
Which destinations can you do?
We only build trips on routes we've walked ourselves; that's the whole point. Japan and Thailand are strongest today, and the list keeps growing. Not sure? Ask in the form; if we can't do it justice, we'll say so.
